She understands firsthand the complexity of leading in a people-centered business, where compliance, culture, and care all intersect.

Lisa Tranel is an HR consultant who partners with ABA and therapy organizations to build HR systems that truly put people first. With seven years of senior HR experience, she’s known for turning messy processes into simple, scalable systems that help companies stay compliant, retain talent, and keep their culture strong.
Before consulting, Lisa built and led HR teams inside multi-site ABA companies, giving her firsthand insight into the balancing act of regulations, staffing, and culture in a people-centered field. She knows that HR isn’t just policies, it’s about creating workplaces where therapists feel supported, leaders feel confident, and teams stay inspired to change lives.
Driven by both professional expertise and personal connection to the autism and ADHD community, Lisa brings not just strategy, but also energy, empathy, and a genuine love for ABA to every client she works with!
