She understands firsthand the complexity of leading in a people-centered business, where compliance, culture, and care all intersect.

    Before consulting, Lisa built and led HR teams inside multi-site ABA companies, giving her firsthand insight into the balancing act of regulations, staffing, and culture in a people-centered field. She knows that HR isn’t just policies, it’s about creating workplaces where therapists feel supported, leaders feel confident, and teams stay inspired to change lives.
